There are two paths - the annual cost works out nearly the same either way.

Order a kit (€20)- a finger-prick kit ships with your first order. Because you've paid for the kit upfront, your first month of supplements is free. Annual cost on Essential: ~€295.

Upload a PDF (free) - already have a blood test? Upload it during sign-up and skip the kit entirely. Billing starts from month one, but supplements arrive within a week. Annual cost on Essential: ~€300.

The €20 kit cost is your upfront commitment - the free first month is a thank-you for that. The PDF path has no upfront cost, so billing starts straight away. Total annual spend is almost identical either way.

We accept reports up to six months old. Beyond that, your levels may have shifted enough that the recommendations would no longer be accurate. If your report is older, order a fresh one from your doctor or go the kit route.

Standard blood panel reports from any registered German lab or hospital - Hausarzt, Synlab, Medicover, and most other providers. Your report just needs to include marker values and reference ranges. Email us if you're unsure and we'll confirm within 24 hours.

Your kit arrives with everything inside - a lancet, collection card, prep wipe, and a prepaid return envelope. The whole process takes about five minutes at home. Once you post it back, our lab processes it within 3–5 working days and results appear on your dashboard automatically.

PDF path: analysis takes 48 hours, dispatch within 48 hours after that - expect delivery within a week of signing up.

Kit path: add 3–5 working days for lab processing after you post your sample, then 48 hours for analysis and dispatch. Delivery within Germany takes another 2–4 working days.
